Delivery & Return

At Ollimo, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return and exchange process.

Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
3. Products that are damaged, used, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
5. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund process:

1. Refunds are provided in the form of store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
2. Store credit will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
3. If the returned product fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the return will be declined.

Exchange

We understand that size issues can happen. If you require a different size:

1. You may request a one-time exchange for the same product in your preferred size (subject to availability).
2. Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

1. Items purchased during sale events or at discounted prices
2. Items marked as “sale”
3. Products returned without original tags or in used/damaged condition
