Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged, used, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund process:
- Refunds are provided in the form of store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
- If the returned product fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the return will be declined.
Exchange
We understand that size issues can happen. If you require a different size:
- You may request a one-time exchange for the same product in your preferred size (subject to availability).
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Items purchased during sale events or at discounted prices
- Items marked as “sale”
- Products returned without original tags or in used/damaged condition
